November at a glance: **REMINDER: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 15 IS A PA DAY for parent interviews. There will be no school for students on that day.* French: In French, we are continuing to build our vocabulary, introducing modes of transportation, family, and adjectives to describe them, and everyday activities. We will be working on using the appropriate forms of adjectives in our writing to write an effective description. In reading, we will continue to develop reading strategies to help identify the meanings of unfamiliar words and look at the characteristics of fictional and informational texts. We will also be presenting a choral reading of Au Champ d'Honneur at the school's Remembrance Day assembly. Math: We are finishing up data management and then beginning to work on measurement.
